a) Goals & Purpose

response to each stage has an effect on the outcome
b) Stages of development
i) Feet - noticeable change or increase in a person's behaviour. Most
observable through NVC. ex: pacing, fidgeting, playing its object like
paper clip or pen.
ii) Defensive - begins to lose rational control. Ex: questioning authority,
noncompliance, yelling, proper noun calling, making threats.
iii) Acting out - loss of control - rationally, emotionally and physically -
physical aggression ordinarily occurs and is a danger to cocky or others.
